🍅🍅 🍅 spent on course design but really brainstorming: https://quickthoughts.jgregorymcverry.com/2019/01/18/paper-is-your-friend-for-instructionaldesign it don't look like much for an hour and half work but I was also testing capabilities of WordPress.com and asking in chat about features...I may have gotten lost there for a bit. Now to go reading hunting.

@PeggySemingson @peggysemingson I also have enough copies of Bucking the Sarge and Handbook for Boys I could probably mail you 1-2 class sets if you did want to read the same books for an online book club with my class.

Have to take a bit of unscheduled break as Ben decided he feels good enough for school and doesn't want to miss STEM.

Not going to live stream the instructional design for two main reasons: my office sits next to laundry room and we have many a load to do, and cursing too tied to my creative my process. A character default yes but not one I want to stream

Cutting my network hiatus short (I never really succeeded that well). I am going to live blog and live stream my of at @scsu Do have a sick kid at home, and need a new pair of boots before the storm so will be off and on.

@peggysemingson will still record intro to module screencasts but want to get away from delivering content in narrated screencast, want to have conversation with people as microcasts...want to do them together? <5 min and a deep dive into topic

Happy to collaborate on the phonics tutorials. Break each little skills down into a 2-3 minute video, release a set of small img of common phonics patterns, or a pdf for kids to cut up and film, have them make tutorials.
