has the great @cogdog building the syndication feed for their planet. got stuck with me. I just made an RSS feed in @inoreader and then embedded an iframe. Let me worry about accessibility and functionality first. Will get to pretty next.

@TatianaTMac 100% agree. A ring signifies membership. We can do this right and build in basic expectations of humanity. If you dig digital story telling and poetry welcome to join the web ring. Gonna be playing with words all the time

Greg McVerry

I will look at display options for @inoreader HTML clips.went with list view and I can do the magazine view as well. We have plenty of time to fool around with aggregation. Right now trying to fill the request of adding a blog roll to everyone in the planet

Greg McVerry

@jgmac1106 @nomadwarmachine I started to add in all the links. https://clmoocring.jgregorymcverry.com/clmooc-planet/ I will finish up a bit later or tomorrow.

Greg McVerry

I would unhumbly suggest that the ring is now the best place for artists and writers who share a lens to gather: https://clmoocring.jgregorymcverry.com I mean check out the planet (excuse my poetry) https://clmoocring.jgregorymcverry.com/clmooc-planet/

I need to mess with the HTML template. @edublogs probably should reject the HTML. greater than and less than signs, for example, should use HTML entities < < on the ring site I replaced them with emojis. It's an older plugin

Greg McVerry

@cathieleblanc @davecormier Here is what we build for to replace Google+ https://clmoocring.jgregorymcverry.com has a web ring and an rss planet. We can build a social web just with this and as more and more people add building blocks the connections get better

Greg McVerry

@tutormentorteam Done. Learned that @inoreader didn't recognize a feed from that url, I had to Google how to make the link to the RSS feed, You should now be in the planet

Greg McVerry

https://dogtrax.edublogs.org/ @dogtrax it looks like you copied the web ring code four times. You just need to go from the start of one table element to the next.

Greg McVerry

@ronald_2008 I added a two-step tutorial. In the first part it walks you through joining the ring. In the second part I walk you through adding the HTML. As always anyone in here to help. https://archive.org/details/webring
