The differences in ratings are partly a reflection of the lower number of referrals that publishers now get from Facebook following algorithm changes. I believe we need as many human as technical solutions but I have been annotating for credibility for quite some time. Surface level markers possible for machine learning now. Will the nuance and perspectives be in the future? Don't know, but cars drive themselves now.
